Final Fantasy II Pixel Remaster

The project “playing all the Final Fantasy main games” is well underway. My notes not so much, but oh well. There is not much to say about Final Fantasy II. As with I, the Pixel Remaster helped me greatly to enjoy the game. Those first two Final Fantasy games are tedious, even though II tried to improve on I. There...

Tiny Bookshop

I do love my cozy games. When I played the demo of Tiny Bookshop, I knew that I need the game. I finally bought it and 100% it. So was it good? Definitely. May it overstay its welcome? Maybe. You play the owner of a tiny bookshop you can drive around in a small town at the sea. Everyday is...

20 Small Mazes

FLEB did another free game, this time 20 Small Mazes. He does love his puzzles, and that’s great for me, I love puzzles. In contrast to RYB, his other free game, 20 Small Mazes already shows off the whimsical and “outside of the box thinking” which made Strange Jigsaws so fun to play. And his daughter helped in this one...

RYB

I discovered that FLEB (Strange Jigsaws) did other games. Free ones at that, so I played them. RYB is very simple in its idea: colour in some forms. Tiny dots in the forms tell you which colour is adjacent to them. Have fun with the rules getting more complex as the games goes on. There is nothing much to say...

If On A Winter’s Night, Four Travelers

Sometimes, free games are actually good. If On A Winter’s Night, Four Travelers has been a pleasant surprise in that regard. It is a free horror point and click. It will take roughly three hours to beat. And the pixel art ist simply amazing. You’re following the stories of some travellers on a train. They do not quite remember how...

Wytchwood

I played through Wythcwood twice. I got it first on the Switch, and then in a bundle on steam. I figured, why not play through it again, since I liked it. You play as a witch with a cauldron on her head and you need to gather souls. It is a straightforward game, not much to do except the main...

Final Fantasy I Pixel Remaster

English is not my native language. My first time with Final Fantasy I, I barely learned to read at school, and my brother put a bunch of NES roms on the family computer, most of them in English. Luckily for me, most of the games never asked a high level of reading and understanding at that time, not luckily for...

Devcats developper

When I’m sick and done with life in the depths of blankets, I have no brain to do much. In such cases I often play “find 100 hidden cats/dogs/snails/cupcakes/anything really” on my steamdeck. The first time I did this, I was sick with COVID and in bed for two weeks. These games are mostly not noteworthy by themselves. If some...

Strange Jigsaws

I do not know FLEB. I’ve never even heard of FLEB. But Steam knows that I like my puzzle games, so Steam told me, “Look, FLEB did a game, it’s called Strange Jigsaws, and we think you’ll like it”. As I do, indeed, like puzzle games and jigsaws very much, I did, of course, buy the game which is less...

Is this seat taken?

I played the demo of this game when it game out, and I enjoyed it. I was sad when I reached the end. So, I decided to buy it on day one, instead of tiny bookshop. In hindsight, I should have bought that one instead. Is this seat taken? is not a bad game by any means. It is polished,...

Brouillamini is a old french word for chaos and disorder. This website does not have any purpose whatsoever other than compiling thingies and stuffies that I find interesting or curious. Languages and spelling mistakes are going to be all over the place. If you stumbled on this website by chance, welcome and I hope there is something you’re going to like! If not, well that’s cool too, thank you for passing by!
