The new Detective Grimoire is here, and I loved it.

It is the same as Tangle Tower. Same art style, same humour, same music genre. But better. More content, more music, more animations. More great voice acting. It is great. It is a good time, from the beginning to the end. Now every character has a unique voice line for every object you show them. Every single one of them. That is some serious commitment in regards to the number of objects to show to everyone.

I would have loved more puzzles. This is my only complaint about the game. Most of the game is you showing the right object to the right person with a few puzzles in between. Maybe my view is a bit skewed, since the characters have way more to say than the other Detective Grimoire games, because I really showed everyone everything to get every voice line.

Anyway, it’s great. If you like Tangle Tower, The Mermaid Mask is a given.

The game is here, finally!
